For many years we have been drafting and handling applications relating to novel drugs, i.e. novel organic compounds, and novel medical uses of such drugs. Furthermore, the team members have extensive experience within the technical fields of immunology and microbiology, such as
micro-organisms. This area of technical expertise also includes functional foods, nutraceuticals and food supplements.

Our Life Sciences team has in-depth knowledge of how to prepare and prosecute SPC applications at the Swedish and Danish patent offices. Team members have also assisted in building up expertise in the procedures for SPCs for pharmaceuticals in Sweden and Denmark.
