Prior experience

Charlotta has previously held several positions as a mechanical design engineer.

2005-2007. (Compair Reavell. Ipswich, UK) Design and development of compressors and compressor parts, at Compair’s High pressure division. The work includes FEA and stress calculations, CAD – 2D and 3D modelling (Autodesk Inventor Modelling Package), working to British and European Standards. Involvement in the Value added/Value engineering team for the re-engineering and updating of Compair's products.
2007-2008. (XAAR Plc. Cambidge, UK) Design and development of high resolution InkJet print heads within Xaar’s platform 3 product base. Development and design of inkjet print heads and test rigs. Product testing and quality verification.
2009-2011. (Svensk kärnbränslehantering AB) Mechanical design of parts for running the Interim Storage facility for spent nuclear fuel. Such parts could include nuclear waste handling equipment. Work included for example materials investigation, calculations and proof reading of technical reports and documentation, daily use of Pro/ENGINEER and other various engineering tools.
CAD-coordinator (Svensk kärnbränslehantering AB): This role included working as a business solution manager in a maintenance management group according to a management model called pm3. The so called maintenance object was the infrastructure of engineering tools, such as CAD tools and document management systems. Long term strategic planning for change, development and maintenance of the object as well as coordinating maintenance with surrounding objects. Responsible for the daily run of the CAD infrastructure, ensuring that each engineer had the right equipment, software and training to cope with their tasks.
