Boutsala Khamsy

Boutsala has been working in IP for nearly 28 years as a paralegal in law firms and industrial companies in France and Switzerland, serving clients whose activities notably include nutrition and well-being, confectionery, ropeway transport, and motorboats.

She had the opportunity to work at LVMH in the dynamic environment of luxury, fashion, and jewellery, and at NESTLÉ in the fields of nutrition, well-being, and confectionery. In these roles, she managed clients’ portfolios and defended their rights in trademark, patent, and design matters.

Boutsala has also worked in the financial sector, in the compliance department of a central Swiss bank, where she was responsible for handling requests from the Swiss federal and cantonal authorities in the context of criminal and legal proceedings initiated by the MROS and FINMA.
