We offer a focused internal training organization and pride ourselves on our comprehensive Trainee Programme for future leaders holding an engineering degree. AWA’s Trainee Programme has been operational for over 20 years.

The trainee programme is for graduate engineers, PhD graduates and younger professionals with a few years of work experience in technical disciplines, primarily within the fields of electrical engineering, computer technology, biotechnology, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, engineering physics and industrial economics.
