Jessica Nilsson

Jessica previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant for a large global staffing and recruiting company, helping clients recruit new competences withing a wide range of business industries. When starting within the company, she worked as a Consulting Manager, which involved managing and leading staff, personnel administration and planning, labor law, recruitment and sales. She worked with small and medium clients who needed 1-10 consults and with large clients annually, hiring up to 200 new employees.
