Gunn-Tove Bjerke-Selmer
Gunn-Tove is a European Design Attorney and Certified European Trademark and Design Paralegal. She has worked with designs throughout her career and advises clients from all angles in terms of advice and protection.
Gunn-Tove works with Norwegian and international clients to ensure designs are captured as part of their intellectual property strategy. She amends and files design applications, responds to office actions and forms part of the legal team during conflicts.
Gunn-Tove also leads the paralegal team in Norway as Team Manager.

Gunn-Tove has extensive experience with Norwegian national registrations and registered Community Designs (RCDs). She works with design protection for graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and with renewals across all intellectual property rights.
Gunn-Tove is a Board Member of the European Platform of Intellectual Property Administrators (EPIPA) and Chairperson of the Norwegian Association of Intellectual Property Administrators.
Both associations aim to maintain and promote the high level of knowledge among IP Administrators and have successfully lobbied for certifications for paralegals and administrators from the EPO and EUIPO.
This includes the European Trademark and Design Paralegal certification for which Gunn-Tove passed during the first-ever examinations.
