Yongjia has been working in private practice for over 15 years and before that as a Software Engineer for a Japanese multinational. He graduated with a B.Sc. in Applied Physics and an M.Sc. in Optics.
Yongjia’s contentious experience includes several high-profile China patent litigation cases. This stems from his time at a specialised patent litigation law firm. He also regularly assists clients with freedom to operate and infringement analysis as part of his contentious work.
