Hanna works with a wide range of intellectual property matters and has extensive experience in trademark management and prosecution, including responsibility for global trademark portfolios.
She advises companies on IP strategy and provides ongoing IP and commercial support across all stages of growth, from start-ups establishing and structuring their IP assets to larger companies developing enforcement strategies and managing complex portfolios. Her work frequently involves licensing and other commercial arrangements in which intellectual property plays a central role.
Hanna specialises in the commercial and contractual aspects of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on the computer gaming industry. She has previous experience as an in-house legal counsel, advising on asset and IP clearances, IP infringements, copyright matters, and legal issues related to artificial intelligence.
