Angela Boman practices all aspects of intellectual property law and marketing law, in particular legal issues and disputes regarding trademarks, design and branding as well as IP management. She assists Swedish and international companies active in a number of different industries in circular economy, food sector, consumer goods, pharma as well as business-to- business. She also negotiates and drafts IP agreements for clients and is involved in strategic counselling regarding IP and represents clients in disputes and before the IP courts in Sweden in cases that involve e.g. trademark, copyright, design and marketing law.
Before joining AWA in 2002, Angela worked with the Swedish Judiciary as a law clerk and drafting law at the County Administrative Court in Gothenburg and the Administrative Court of Appeal in Gothenburg and as a Legal Officer at PRV (Swedish Patent and Registration Office) She earned his LL.M from Gothenburg University.
Angela is a member of the Swedish Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (SFIR) as well as an authorised Swedish Patent Attorney and European Trademark and Design Attorney.
