Cynthia Gondi is an intellectual property lawyer at AWA, specialising in trademark law, brand protection, and marketing law. She advises a broad range of clients from established international companies to emerging brands on all aspects of trademark strategy, prosecution, and enforcement.
In addition to prosecution work, Cynthia advises on IP aspects of commercial transactions, including trademark assignments, licensing arrangements, and IP due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
