Webinar: Are you ready for the Unitary Patent?
maj 12, 2022 @ 3:00 e m - 4:00 e m
The Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court will significantly impact the patent system in Europe. For applicants or owners of European patents, it is time to inventory your IP portfolio and strategise whether your patents are more suited to the classic European system or the upcoming Unitary Patent system.
Niklas Mattsson and Louise Jonshammar from AWA’s Stockholm office will guide you through the advantages and pitfalls of the Unitary Patent system during this webinar. The duo will introduce how the system exposes your portfolio to risks, while also opening it up to offensive possibilities against infringers.
With this change expected towards the end of 2022 or in early 2023 – do not miss the opportunity to learn about the unitary package and raise your questions to Niklas and Louise during our dedicated Q&A session at the end of the webinar.
